Introduction

These terms and conditions apply to the competition organized by [Cape Town Bonds Pty Ltd] (the “Organizer”).

Eligibility

The competition is open to all residents of South Africa aged [18] and over.

Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Only participants who applied a bond through Cape Town Bonds will qualify for entry. Pre-authorizations alone are not eligible for the prize.

Entry Period

The competition begins on 23 August 2024 and ends on 3 September 2024 (the “Entry Period”).

How to Enter

Participants must complete and submit a competition form.

Only one entry per person is allowed.

Prize

The prize is indicated in the header which is two main stand rugby tickets to the Springboks Vs New Zealand game 7 September @ DHL Cape Town Stadium.

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

The drawing will take place on 3 September 2024.

Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified by [email/phone] by the 3rd of September 2024, on the day of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 2 days of notification, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Publicity

By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Data Protection

Personal data provided by participants will be used in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy       Policy.

General Conditions

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if any fraud,       technical failures, or other factors beyond the Organizer’s control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the competition.

The Organizer’s decision in all matters relating to the competition is final and binding.

Governing Law

The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of South Africa.
